The Florida Bar publishes a 10-Year Discipline History. Not a career — ten years. That is the single most important thing to understand about every Florida listing on this site.

The same limit is why Gerson’s listing reports a 2018 suspension and says plainly that everything before 2016 is outside what we can see.
